Glenrothan is a feature film that has been described as a “love letter to Scotland”. The film is the directorial debut of Brian Cox who also plays one of the leads along with Shirley Henderson, Alan Cumming and Alexandra Shipp. The design is a celebration of all that is Scottish, and the costume reflects all the colours, textures and beauty of our landscape. I sourced from local brands and textile manufacturers as far as I could to showcase Scottish talent in design and manufacturing in all its glory. The story spans four decades covering flashbacks from the 50’s, 70’s, 80’s and present day. Glenrothan is due for international release in 2026.
